Loves the nasal pieces
I bought a fit kit, I had been measured for a medium frame and small nose piece but when I got the fit pack my nose didn't fit intothe small nose piece, I couldn't breath and the fit packs only come with Medium Wide nose pieces. med wide was to big and the ones I ordered from Amazon, Medium size fit perfectly, reasonable price for two nose pieces. I would suggest also purchasing the head gear that has the plastic form head piece connectors. The head piece stays in place while sleeping if you move around a lot in bed.

Good Value, Perfect Fit
These are the exact OEM replacement for the DreamWear nasal cushion. I replace mine about every 3-4 months. The cost here is same or less as goofing around with insurance-covered purchases with a co-pay, and I'm under complete control of the process.

Rubbed the underside of my nose raw
While these look and feel just like the genuine branded nasal pillows I've been using for years, for some reason, they chafed my skin at the point where my nose joins at the top of my lip, creating a painful sore. I thought the first one I tried was just faulty, so I replaced it with the other one, but it did the same thing. So, it was a waste of money (for me, at least). Sigh. Should've guessed the price was too good to be true. Next time, I'll shell out more for the genuine article... :(

Just like the original (if not a bit better)
My DreamWear nasal cushion has been in need of replacement for some time. No, I do not keep to the recommended replacement schedule. When the hard plastic liner detached from the cushion I HAD to do something. Getting 2 instead of one seemed to be a good idea.These are the same as the original, except that the hard plastic ends seem only ever-so-slightly smaller making taking the cushion off for daily cleaning practically impossible. I have not pulled hard enough to get the headgear apart and I don't want to damage the cushion. I have thought about trying to pry them apart but I have found workarounds for the daily cleaning so I am satisfied for the time being.The comfort is perfect and the design is as good if not better than the original with the headgear. These may have even a better design as the silicon is a perfect match for me.Both silicon cushions come individually so I am keeping one in storage until it needs to be brought out, having a backup gives a great piece of mind.
