Hidden gem.
Better than I expected. This is definitely a keeper. Persons see me with it and look at it weird thinking it's a silly gadget but it's a pity they don't know how well it works. I haven't seen a better drill holster and I don't intend to look any further. My drill is now always by my side when working and has not fallen since I've started using it. It's easy to use and I don't have to be concerned about my drill falling out at any point while working.

Gorilla Hook Cordless Drill Holder
This Gorilla Hook seems to be nicely made for what it cost. It's made in China, but the entire hook and belt loop is made from one piece of black, glass reinforced plastic so is rigid, but lightweight. The spring loaded top clip is made from the same material and snaps closed after your drill or impact driver is dropped into the hook. I find the hook works well with my Dewalt 18V cordless tools as well as my Porter Cable nail guns and staplers. I had used the Bigg Lugg for several years before, but always had a lot of problems with its bendable hook splaying outward during use and letting my tools fall out when moving around too quickly or when going up or down a ladder a little too fast. This Gorilla Hook seems to have finally eliminated those problems for me, although the hook is rather large and doesn't fold back when not in use like the Bigg Lugg did, so it can get caught on things if you're not careful. The Gorilla Hook fit on my Klein 1-1/2" leather tool belt with no issue, but was a little snug on my thicker Klein 2" leather belt, so I placed the hook in a bench vise and heated the backside of the belt loop area with a heat gun so I could use a shingle as a wedge to expand it slightly. It now slips on and off my 2" leather belt without issue. Overall, I really like this Gorilla Hook and I'm glad I decided to try it. The price for it here on Amazon direct from the manufacture of the hook was the best I had found. Seems that a lot of other sellers are really marking up the price for this hook substantially, which definitely could have kept me from trying it out.

Does it’s job ,but not for professional usage
It does it’s job it holds your drill in place BUT .the loops for the belt is extremely thing and flimsy . In summary it feels extremely cheap Would be good for DIY projects but would definitely NOT RECOMMEND for professional tradesmen Using it everyday .

Good seller but bad design cause the GC doesn't fit my occidental bags
☆☆☆☆☆ to the seller and ☆☆ to the creators of this hook. The built is strong with the exception of the security clip seems like is going to break soon. . .the transaction was easy and quick note hassles; however, the clip doesn't fit my occidental belt that alone completely defeats the purpose.

Best way to carry your drill on your belt
Best way to carry your drill on your belt. I see a lot of people asking for a clip to slide on, but I love that the belt has to go through. 100% secure the way it should be. Slip the drill in and never have a worry of dropping it.

Theory-great. Reality-not so great
Great idea, but 1st of all, it's plastic. Maybe heavy duty plastic but plastic non the less. Unfortunately, you must have plenty of room for your tool to hang since it holds it so closely to your belt. I had to switch it out with my old hook cause there just isn't enough room for the space my drill takes up using this clip. When inserting drill, the clip is awesome in holding it. But it holds it, I dare say, too closely.Plus the price is IMO to high. They say only$15 but it's really $20 once you add shipping. Thru provide very little tracking info (It was vague). It got here days before it was supposed to, which made it difficult to rely on tracking and to keep an eye on it.
