When you need this sling, your hurt and uncomfortable!.. but this sling is well made,supportive and fairly comfortable to wear. It was easy to put on and adjust tightness with one hand.Very important feature!I used it for a broken sholder, very good product in my opinion. Also, it fits a larger person well.

My husband had taken a fall and broke his Humerus bone and lower arm. The sling that was put on in the ER- and a week later and upgrade at the sports center, was neither stabilizing nor did either stay in place, as they both needed adjustment several times a day. In doing so, I don't even know how they could send anyone home with claiming it to be able to heal properly, (they were garbage!) I looked at several and thank goodness I chose this one. This is amazing craftmanship, it stays in place and supports his arm 10-fold. I cannot express enough just how this sling can make a world of difference when, stabilizing the shoulder, and the elbow being where it should be with such a serious break. It does not make you sweat- has no odor - and is comfortable and stays positioned! Thank you HKJD for making a wonderful product that works!

I’m a retired therapist and I worked with arms and had two shoulder replacements myself. This is the best sling that I’ve ever seen. I spent considerable time reviewing the slings offered by Amazon and didn’t see anything any better. It has many more advantages than disadvantages. The material is great for normal use but may be too warm for those prone to sweat. I didn’t have any problems with it though. It fits the “L” shape of the arm in a sling and Velcros closed across the upper and lower arm.There is a length adjustment clip that makes the sling unique and very convenient. This is especially useful in donning and doffing the sling or in adjusting the angle at the elbow. However the adjustment clip falls right on my collar bone and is uncomfortable. I bought a pad from Amazon to pad this but one designed specifically for this sling would be better if it stayed in place but allowed access to the plastic adjustment clip that works like a release or keeps tension. As it is I used the pad I bought on the car safety belt. I’m a medium large man and the second size adjustment strap is rather long. At its shortest adjusted length it just fit me.In summary, if you need a sling for a prolonged period, this is the best I’ve ever seen.

To me this is the best sling for your money. Easy to use and very comfortable after my shoulder replacement.

I have gone through about 4 separate slings since my rotator cuff surgery. I have Found that most of the slings that I have purchased were either very thin and didn’t really offer a lot of support or was of cheap quality. What I found with the HKJD arm sling is that it literally immobilize my shoulder and my my mobility which speeds up my healing process tremendously it’s also very cushiony and extremely comfortable to wear.

This sling is good for the price compared to other options I found. The sling comes with Velcro tabs to that are used to keep the top of the sling closed. The main thing I don't like about it is the tension buckle sets at a bad place and hurts my collarbone it also has nowhere to put the excess strap so I have to let it dangle but all in all it is worth The money in my opinion

I was going to return but decided to use for walking (hot/humid weather) and save the one from the surgery center. I wish I had returned. The bumper was not with my package, the strap is twisted (making it difficult to use and be comfortable) and there are no breakaways. You either have to be a contortionist or loosen the front strap to get this on and off. 100% do not recommend. Save your money.

I have a broken shoulder. I have two slings from doctors and a third, a Velpeau sling. This one I bought last and it’s the best. Extremely adjustable and easy to use. Very comfortable. Reasonable price.
