Love Vevor
Love Vevor and all their products. Quality and value. Has a good safety catch on it and functions as it should!

Great value
High quality for the price. Initial functionality is on par with my higher priced unit. Solid feel and the clutch holds well. I'll have to see how it holds up with use.

Works great for the price

For the money this was a GREAT value
I probably should have bought a lighter rated version since this one is quite heavy (that's not a bad thing given its purpose). But compared to other INDUSTRIAL brands the cost differential is so significant that this was a HIGHLY attractive item. It "feels" as robust as the American brands I have used in the past. I have several old 6 ton ratchet hoists and now at my older age I can barely lift them. This is one of those tools that can empower the the DIY individual if used as designed and with all due care. Think about how you use it BEFORE you use it.

Finally got some beefy pull.
I love this thing. I take down trees once in awhile on our property and sometimes I need to use alittle directional assistance with a cable and a come-along but it always felt unsafe. With this hoist it is so much beefier and now I am more comfortable. It is heavier to drag through the woods but that is fine by me.

I only used it once but it did exactly what I needed.
I had to uncrate a large, heavy piece of equipment and get it onto a rolling stand that's two and a half feet high by myself. After putting two straps around the equipment and attaching the hook I used this hoist to raise the machine. I had never used a hoist before and didn't know what to expect so I was grateful that it worked smoothly and the amount of effort needed to raise 200 pounds was about the same as picking up a 12 ounce can of soda. I have no idea what the experience would be like if you need this for something closer in weight to the hoist's maximum capacity but a child could easily use this for something weighing a few hundred pounds.

Failed in design and strength
Not durable—bent hooks, snapped lever pins, and warped handles. I purchased three of these units, and all failed in one way or another. In contrast, my other chain winch come-alongs have performed reliably under similar conditions. When I contacted the company, I was met with skepticism and asked to jump through unnecessary hoops to prove the product’s failure, rather than being offered meaningful support or resolution.
