Nice and cold, comes with remote, easy to assemble window vents. On wheels, easy to move around, must have clearing around the until. Will most likely need some insulation around window vents.

I love everything about this but 1. It's quite, energy efficient and offers 2 speeds and really puts out the cold air. The remote control is easy to use and the temperature controls make sure that you can set it and forget it. It's really quiet and looks amazing in any room you put in. The only thing that I don't like is the exhaust hose is made of a thin plastic that really gives off the heat. Upgrading to an insulated exhaust hose has made me love it even more and it fits the exhaust hose kit that comes with the air conditioner perfectly using a layer of HVAC tape eliminates any leaks and make it even quieter. I noticed some of the reviews mentioned water overflow and having to use a milk crate to set it on and use a bucket underneath the drain plug to catch it with. Here's what I discovered it only happens when you use the dehumidifier setting in really muggy rooms for long periods of time and the resovor fills up and runs over. It comes with a drain to hose and sitting it up off the floor and running the hose into a small gallon size bucket will keep everything going smooth as long as you keep the bucket emptied out regularly. I was able to avoid all that because I never needed to use anything but the fan and the air conditioner settings. If you are looking for a nice air conditioner that is built to give you years and years and years of high quality service and not leave you sweating to the oldies..this is the best one I've found. I highly recommend this to anyone who is tired of being hot 🔥🥵.

This is a fantastic AC unit! Extremely efficient, quiet, and cools the room down fast! Perfect size as well.

I purchased the 10k BTU unit to try and cool my small house(650 square feet) for the summer season here in Pennsylvania. The window adapter fit perfectly and it was super easy to vent out my window. I like that the cord has its own safety features, as I run the unit when no one is in the house. It's a relatively small design and I think the quality is decent overall. The buttons can be a little difficult to navigate but the remote works like a charm.A couple negatives that I have:- there is a slight chemical odor when using the unit. Nothing terrible but definitely noticable.- I would highly recommend using the drainage hose, as my unit drips about 2-3 gallons of water during the course of the day. PA is very humid in the summer, so that may be the cause.- as advertised, the unit should cool approximately 400 - 450 square feet. I'm using it to cool about 350 square feet and it does struggle to cool the space quickly. During the heat of the day (90°+), the unit pretty much runs constantly to maintain 79°.- the thermostat on the unit seems to be about 3°-5° off from other thermostats in the same room. So keep that in mind.Otherwise, it does keep the house dry...it cools a little bit faster during the evening hours... it pushes cold air (55°-59°F) out consistently... nice remote features...I would recommend using in a larger single room. Like a small office, medium sized bedroom or living room. But I wouldn't recommend using it to cool multiple rooms at once, as I may have to get another unit next summer season.Hope this helps.

This portable AC looks very nice and cools my 16x16 bedroom quickly. I am happy with its performance and it is an excellent buy for the money. I highly recommend it.

**updating 7/29/23** I initiated a refund/return on 7/25. UPS picked up the package on 7/26. As of today, the tracking has not been updated to show that UPS has picked it up and it still says “UPS will be picking up today”. I’m a bit concerned at this point that the tracking hasn’t been updated and my money is hanging out there in limbo waiting to be refunded as the package needs to arrive back in CA by 8/11 in order for me to get my money back.**Updating this to one star, would do 0 stars if I could. This unit never worked properly, only blew warm to cool air. Never cold. I did have it on the right settings, as well. Then, when I gave up and turned the unit off and unplugged it, figuring maybe giving it a rest, my entire apartment smelled like chemicals which means it possibly had some kind of leak, most likely Freon/refrigerant. This then caused me to have to heat up my apartment even more in order to air it out with open windows and doors and hoping beyond hope that I didn’t make myself and my cats sick from the chemical smells/gases. I even had it sitting on my patio for almost 2 hours and it still smelled when I packed it back into the box. I will be returning this as soon as I get a chance to be available for UPS to pick up right from my apartment. Due to the pain this thing has caused, I’m not going to lug it down three flights of stairs, only to try to find a ride to the closest UPS location to drop off.**Previous review**So far only 2 stars. Installation was simple, it turns on and runs, not too loud. It’s taking a while to cool off my bedroom let alone my apartment. Sometimes it’s an okay temp when I walk into my bedroom and sometimes it’s warm. I will sometimes stand in front of the AC to see if it is pushing cold air out and it is only pushing out either warm or cool. So far I’m not happy with this product and we are scheduled to have 95° weather this weekend. I’ve been slowly lowering the temp on the AC to see if that is what it needs. Started at 73, then I lowered it slowly down to 62. No change. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong. If I shut my patio door it gets hotter in here like the AC is only pushing warm air out. So now I have to have my patio door open with a fan in it pushing the warm air out.
