Having read conflicting information about dosage for melatonin I was hesitant to try this product. But since I have had a deep sleep disorder all my life I am always seeking any help I can get to improve sleep quality. I have tried many melatonin products, dosages and other sleep aid products. For me, this is among the best I have I tried. My intention is to titer down from time to time but this is definitely the go-to product to help me sleep. I don't feel groggy the next day. It doesn't knock me out. It does help me stay in deeper sleep longer. Only side effect that seems to be from use is more dreaming with vividness.

I have had terrible problems falling asleep for a long time. I like these. Easy to swallow. The effect takes awhile for me. I take this about 2 hrs before bedtime. Then I am very sleepy when I lie down. And I wake up with no grogginess. I sleep well and I wake up great. Try it.
