Not as large as a sidekick tool but perfectly useable as either a small one to chuck in a sports bag / suitcase (or if you don’t have giant hands). Good quality, sturdy and nice smooth finish. Works well with a massage bar / oil etc

As someone who often struggles with tight leg muscles I must say this is a fantastic addition to the gym bag! I found this to be extremely effective at loosening my leg muscles after strenuous exercise which helped my recovery.For awareness, I'd recommend using this with some form of balm. Personally, I was using a moisturiser balm (doing two jobs in one!) but Puresport have their own muscle and joint balm.This measures in at about 2.5cm wide and 11.5cm long and also comes with its own cotton bag for storage which certainly makes it easier to find.I found this to be very high quality, this will definitely not flex or bend when use given that it's made from stainless steel.The only sticking point for me is the price, there are stainless steel gua sha tool of similar shape and size for a much cheaper price.

Very smooth, really tactile and feels great on the skin. I need to do more research into the correct use of the Gua Sha Steel, but can see that it could have benefits if used regularly in the correct manner. It certainly seems to ease tired muscles after a hard day at work!

There's no denying that this current price of £25 is very expensive. However, the quality of this stainless steel gua sha tool is good. I like the shape of it, too. I got this tool to use on my face and neck mostly, but frankly, I'll use it for most places on my body that require it, as it's easy and comfortable to hold. I was disappointed that it doesn't come with any guide of use to follow, especially given the cost, although I appreciate it coming with a small drawstring storage bag. Overall, it's a good quality, helpful tool to use for lymphatic drainage that is way overpriced.

The Puresport gua sha is indeed a premium tool. It is beautifully made, sleek, polished and shiny. I had only ever used jade gua sha but this stainless steel tool is a game changer.It comes in a small cotton bag and can be used to massage limbs, temples and face and neck. It is a shame that no instructions are included as gua sha needs be used a certain way. There are lots of information on the internet.It's a great tool to use after a workout session or for a home spa. Highly recommended.

I was pleased to have had a chance to review the Puresport gua sha tool, and it is excellent!Gua sha is an ancient technique to assist with lymph drainage and deep massage, and this tool is a great way to help with it. Originally done with shaped stones, this is a new take on a very old design.It is exceptionally durable and will easily last a lifetime! The finish is smooth, so no chance of metal splinters at all. A really good quality product.I have been using this in several ways, all of which work well so far:- Using the wide side as a deep massage tool to drag over the thighs along with some gel (I used a cooling gel, but whatever you normally use will work fine)- Using the pointed end on muscle knots- Using the shorter straight edge at the ends before the point to assist with massaging in scar gel to my shouldersAll of the above work really well, and save tiring fingers, which you'll know if you've ever given a massage can get pretty worn out before you're done. Metal never gets tired!It is also apparently useful on the face, but I don't really fancy that so I'll stick to sports uses!A very good product, and easily worth the asking price.
