Squeeze margarine in a handy container
I use for cooking oil or anywhere I use margarine. It's hard to get in the supermarkets these days. Handy for wrapping when grilling meats.

Gave my ribs a funny smell and 30 weight oil taste
I usually use real butter, a bit of honey and brown sugar when I wrap up my ribs on the second part of the grilling process. Going off a recommendation from a well-known grill master, I went with the Parkay Margarine in the squeeze bottle instead of the real butter. Never again. Bleh!I don't know if I misunderstood the suggestion to use the margarine, if I got a bad batch of the Parkay, or what, but the resulting rib cook had this funky smell of warmed-up 5w-20 oil, similar to what you get when changing the oil on a 2005 Honda Pilot. The taste was a bit off as well, but it didn't stop me from eating all the ribs. I just washed the taste out of my mouth with more barbeque sauce.I don't question Parkay's Margarine; who didn't grow up with the stuff as a kid? Who doesn't remember those great commercials? Then, again, we all used to drink Vitamin D whole milk, until mom switch to 2% and I thought we were drinking water. Maybe it's the same way with going to real butter for the last 30 years; margarine just doesn't cut it anymore. Which brings something to mind: I had a hell of a time finding margarine--let alone Parkay--at any of our local grocery stores. I once again turned to good ol' Amazon, though, who did sell it.
