These replacement heads are a perfect fit.
My wife bought me the WaterPik Sonic device as a gift years ago. I quickly realized that no one sold the replacement heads. When I found them on Amazon I was anxious to see if they worked with my unit. They not only worked but they performed better than the original heads are. The brush works as well as the water pick through the brush head. They are also more durable the the original heads. If you have the WaterPik, these are a great fit. 5-stars!

Good fit
Have only used these once( just got them), but they seem better than the original ones. The head is bigger which means more tooth coverage. I like that they are individually wrapped and each have covers for the brush head.

Pretty good - but not as good as the original
This product is certainly compatible with Sonic Fusion. But the item dies not feel as sturdy as the original ones. The bristles also seemd softer than the original ones. I have had these for only a few days, but they seem they will wear out a lot sooner than the original ones. I gues we'll have to wait and see.

Didn’t fit water pik
Quality product but does not fit my water pit. I have an old water pik sonic. No water, Flosser. Disappointed because I am unable to get replacement brushes such as the interdental brush, which is invaluable.
